李源潮：加紧实施“千人计划”

2009年6月6日，中组部部长李源潮在调研北京市海外高层次人才引进工作时，充分肯定北京市引进海外高层次人才工作取得的成绩，并要求“抓住当前有利时机，加紧实施‘千人计划’，更多、更快、更好地引进海外高层次人才。”

On June 6, 2009, Li Yuanchao, director of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee affirms the achievement of Beijing on introducing top overseas talents to Beijing. He says, "(Beijing should) take the opportunity to accelerate ‘One-Thousand Talents Program’ and introduce more and better top overseas talents in a faster way".
