北京海外学人中心——新机构 新服务

北京市于2008年12月23日成立北京海外学人中心，作为专门联系海外学人、引进海外学人、服务海外学人的工作机构。北京海外学人中心将为高层次人才和广大留学人员来京工作和创业提供广阔的发展平台和全面的服务保障，力图打造首都海外学人温馨之家。

北京海外学人中心办公地址座落在北京市西城区德外大街83号德胜国际B座6层。

On December 23, 2008, Beijing Overseas Talents Center was founded to be a working agency to connect, introduce and serve all overseas talents. BOTC provides a wide stage and overall services for top talents and returned overseas students to work and start up business in Beijing, trying to be a warm home in the capital for overseas talents.
